PepperPointe Partnerships was founded in Lexington, Ky. by a group of innovative orthodontists who realized the emerging need to preserve their specialty. As the dental industry began to shift, they saw a need for an alternative model that was doctor-driven and owner-supported to benefit not only themselves as owners but the future of dentistry as a whole. Over the past 25 years their practice, White, Greer and Maggard Orthodontics, grew to 19 offices and 2 retail locations. PepperPointe Partnerships was founded in 2017 to support that growth and centralize non-clinical functions while creating efficiencies for future growth.
