PepperPointe Partnerships was founded in Lexington, Ky. by a group of innovative orthodontists who realized changing dynamics in the dental industry and wanted to create a model to preserve the legacy of doctor-owned practices and help protect the future of dentistry. Over the past 25 years their practice, White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics, has grown to 20 offices and one retail location. PepperPointe Partnerships was founded in 2017 to support that growth and centralize non-clinical functions while creating efficiencies for future growth. 

Today, PepperPointe Partnerships supports more than 90 office locations, including pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and general dentistry, with 85 partner doctors and more than 700 team members. 

Our innovative approach leverages the strengths and culture of doctor-owned dental practices for greater success. Our professionally managed services empower and support doctors to focus on what they were trained, and love, to do: provide excellent patient care and build long-lasting relationships and connections.
