The Compass Awards honor individuals who help lead PepperPointe forward—those who consistently put the team and the mission ahead of ego, and who influence direction through integrity, collaboration, and example. These awards are chosen by our team members, reflecting peer recognition of purpose-driven leadership.
The Impact Awards highlight specific characteristics that strengthen our culture—traits like loyalty, honesty, service, fearlessness, and results. These awards are selected by the PepperPointe leadership team to recognize team members whose actions consistently reflect our values and strategic priorities. While each award reflects a particular strength, every recipient brings these values to their work in meaningful ways.
