PepperPointe is not corporately owned or backed by private equity. Instead, PepperPointe helps facilitate the creation of doctor-owned and controlled Group Practices. PepperPointe invests in developing associate doctors through mentorship and leadership development opportunities on their pathway to ownership. PepperPointe’s model creates financial security for doctor owners, and ensures freedom and autonomy through true doctor ownership. Through this, we ensure the continuity of patient care, provide a pathway to ownership for the next generation of doctor owners, and protect doctors from market disruptions.

Developing Doctors into Owners

The PepperPointe Leadership Development Program helps associate doctors grow as a leader and clinician. It is designed to help build on real-world experience, develop critical leadership skills, and improve clinical practice and performance to strengthen not only the culture at the practice level, but to support the advancement of the Group Practice. Through this program, meaningful relationships are formed as Associates prepare to serve as future doctor-partners in the most innovative Group Practice in the country.
